Whether guiding new managers, designing peer learning spaces, or scaling culture-driven programs, I bring together instructional design, DEIA values, and real-world leadership needs to foster skills that stick—and support that scales. Managing Leadership Pathways

 

Developed, delivered, and managed a multi-tier Leadership Development Program (LDP) tailored to Fors Marsh’s culture, strategic goals, and growth plans.

Empowering Strengths-Based Growth

Integrated Gallup’s CliftonStrengths framework into broader talent development, focusing on helping staff identify, apply, and grow their strengths.

Improving Organizational Dialogue

Facilitated live sessions on DEIA topics and soft skill development, helping build a culture of learning and authenticity in a hybrid environment.

  • Project managed both Tier 1 (Leading Self & Others) and Tier 2 (Leading Teams) programs in LearnUpon

  • Facilitated live sessions on core leadership competencies like self-awareness, feedback, communication, and leading through change

  • Coordinated internal guest speakers, coached participants, and updated asynchronous content in response to feedback

  • Maintained relationships with managers, L&D team members, and external experts to ensure learning was relevant and aligned

  • Designed and implemented core KPIs and participant measurements to ensure ROI and learning outcomes

Empowering Strengths-Based Growth

Actions Taken

  • Hosted workshops on interpreting Strengths results for both managers and ICs

  • Hosted one on one coaching sessions with every person who took CliftonStrengths to interpret results, and aim their strengths at personal and department goals

  • Embedded Strengths language into Growth & Development Month materials

  • Created plug-and-play team resources using data from Gallup insights and internal success stories

  • Completed certifications in Essential Facilitation and Crucial Conversations

  • Led and supported Open Connect sessions on allyship, authenticity, and psychological safety

  • Helped reinvigorate Fors Marsh’s peer-led DEIA programming through consistent and intentional facilitation

  • Served as a reliable facilitator for multi-disciplinary panels, high risk topics, and many optional events that were expected to get high attendance
