Projects

As an instructional designer and program strategist, I’ve led projects that span LMS implementation, content development, leadership training, and workforce transformation. Whether partnering with SMEs to design compliance modules or managing multi-agency learning initiatives, my work combines research-backed frameworks with practical, user-centered design. Below are highlights of the approaches, tools, and results I bring to every engagement.

Note: Due to confidentiality agreements, I’m unable to share full project files of my past work here. However, I've included some links to additional information on the work I've done, or samples of first draft deliverables I could produce in the future.
