Product Development & Program Management:
Instructional Design at Scale

Instructional design is more than courseware—it's a way of solving problems. In my work supporting human capital innovation, I applied learning science, systems thinking, and change communications to shape high-impact tools, research deliverables, and strategic messaging. Whether helping build a workforce diagnostic or managing a federal client webinar series, I used ISD thinking to transform complexity into clarity.
