LMS Expertise & System Implementation

A good LMS is more than a platform—it’s a strategic tool that can drive compliance, engagement, and culture. I’ve led platform transitions, created automation workflows, managed LMS content strategy, and ensured that regulatory and upskilling content is not only delivered, but retained. I approach system management with an eye toward learner experience, legal compliance, and business alignment.

Pioneering LMS Automation

To reduce friction and boost adoption, I led the rollout of a Microsoft Teams-integrated CSOD Bot that allowed employees to find training without logging into the LMS—bringing learning directly into daily workflows.
