Human Centered Learning & Belonging
Some of the most powerful learning doesn’t happen in courses—it happens in conversation. In this body of work, I used instructional design skills to shape how people connect, reflect, and grow together. Whether designing identity-centered resources, creating psychologically safe dialogue spaces, or embedding inclusive practices into hiring and onboarding, I approached learning as a tool for belonging.

Through events management, peer-led research, and strategic communications, I’ve helped organizations move from performative equity to sustainable, human-centered practice—blending content strategy with compassion, and structure with story.
